Our Company

Established in 2015, FastHouse designs, manufactures and installs Hybrid and Closed Panel timber frame systems. We serve the UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Systems

At FastHouse we offer three varying offsite timber frame panel systems: The Closed Panel System, Hybrid Panel System and Open Panel System. So, we have something appropriate for every requirement, build and budget.

Process

Following precisely engineered plans, our automated machines manufacture a high quality, reliable product that is easy to install on-site and is guaranteed to fit first time.

Technical

With our in-factory processes, FastHouse can ensure all safety, thermal and acoustic building requirements are met, if not exceeded.

Recent Projects

After being established for a number of years, we have gained quite the portfolio of work, gaining experience in building timber frames used in projects for various sectors.

Our company

What We do

FastHouse manufactures Hybrid and Closed Panel natural timber frame systems offsite at our factory based in Northern Ireland – serving not only Northern Ireland, but also the UK and Ireland. Here at FastHouse we provide a greener approach to construction.

Rapid build,
high performance housing

We currently have four automated manufacturing lines. To maximise our production capacity and service the growing market demand, the fourth line became operational in September 2019. This takes our production capability from 1,000 units per annum to 2,500 units per annum. Our factory employs 160 staff members on-site – all we need for our automated factory.

For a product that delivers the quickest build times, our innovative fully Closed Panels are the superior choice. Each of these panels is factory-fitted with thermal, acoustic and fire-resistant insulation and airtightness membranes. Electrical service boxes and conduits are enclosed within the panels and internal boarding are also factory fitted. This not only saves you time on construction, but gives you a highly accurate, high-quality bespoke product.

Manufacture

FastDesign
The first phase of producing timber frame systems involves design. DFMA (design for manufacture and assembly) aids in simplifying, optimising and refining a building to suit offsite manufacturing processes and helps identify and solve problems before the on-site build stage.
Design
FastManufacture
After the architectural design drawings have been finalised, manufacturing can begin. At FastHouse, automated factory machinery provides highly accurate and quality assured results. With regular inspections and state-of-the-art machinery, it is ensured that all products are of the highest quality.
Manufacture
FastInstall
One thing that makes FastHouse systems stand out is the speed of installation, with this phase of the process being considerably faster than in traditional builds. Typically our structures are weathertight and ready for felt and lath in 2 days.
