All FastHouse timber frame systems have extraordinary air tightness levels: the air permeability being <3.0m³/hr.m² @ 50 Pa. We can also limit the risk of mould growth and surface condensation to a higher level than in traditional build.

Manufacturing takes place in a controlled environment, with precisely calculated labour, material and overheads to give you ultimate control over your budget. You won’t need to hold as much in reserve and you’re guaranteed an assured supply.

Using an offsite manufacturer is 70% faster than a traditional build – the more we do offsite, the quicker it is to assemble on-site. Our fully Closed Panel Systems are pre-plumbed, prewired and ready for windows, external cladding and roofing. All of which reduces the final fit out time.

FastHouse timber frame systems are weather-proof in just 2 days. With fewer wet trades, there is less drying out time too, so you can start the second fix phase much quicker than you would in a traditional build.
