1. Pre-FastHouse

Early engagement and collaboration ensures that Design for Manufacture principles are optimised.

Engage with FastHouse at the initial design concept stage and we will assist in identifying value engineering opportunities where value can be added. Plus we’ll eliminate factors that do not create value – allowing for reductions in overall construction costs.

2. Order

Once we receive your signed order, your architect drawings and your deposit, things can get moving.

3. FastDesign

The first phase of producing timber frame systems involves design.

DFMA (design for manufacture and assembly) aids in simplifying, optimising and refining a building to suit offsite manufacturing processes and helps identify and solve problems before the on-site build stage.

4. Approval

Once you’re happy with what you’ve received, your approval will enable a freeze on the design. Now a production slot can be secured.

5. Design to Production

Next the HSBCad CAM files are created and production drawings distributed to the production team.

6. FastManufacture

After the architectural design drawings have been finalised, manufacturing can begin.

7. FastInstall

One thing that makes FastHouse systems stand out is the speed of installation, with this phase of the process being considerably faster than in traditional builds.

Typically our structures are weathertight and ready for felt and lath in 2 days.
